These shop terms apply to physical products, including supplements, skincare and health and wellbeing products. Clinical appointments and services booked through other providers are subject to that provider’s own terms.
Choose your products, add them to your basket and review the quantities, delivery address, product prices and delivery charge before paying. You can correct your details before submitting checkout. Orders are placed in English.
Payment is due when you place your order. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide. Please retain it for your records and contact us promptly if any details are incorrect.
All shop prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The total payable, including delivery where applicable, is displayed at checkout before payment.
Card payments are processed through Stripe using the payment methods offered at checkout. MEDLINE WELLNESS LTD is not VAT registered, and no VAT is added by us to your order.
We currently deliver physical products to the United Kingdom and Ireland only, using Royal Mail.
Standard delivery costs £4.95. Orders with an eligible product subtotal over £75 qualify for free standard delivery, subject to the amount shown at checkout after applicable discounts.
Our stated delivery estimate is 3–5 working days. This is an estimate, rather than a guaranteed delivery date. International delivery and customs processing may affect delivery to Ireland. If an order is delayed, please contact us using your order number.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you need to correct an address; changes may not be possible after dispatch. Your statutory rights remain unaffected where a delivery problem is caused by us or our carrier.
For eligible online purchases, notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order and return the goods within a further 14 days. You do not need to give a reason.
Certain sealed products cannot be returned for a change of mind after opening where the statutory health-protection or hygiene exception applies. This does not affect your rights for faulty, unsafe, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods.
