WORK WITH ME
Health education should not stop at the consultation room. It belongs in workplaces, professional training, community spaces and the services people turn to for support.
I’m Veerpal Sandhu, an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist Prescriber, clinical educator and community health advocate. I work with employers, healthcare organisations, NHS teams, charities and community partners to turn complex health information into practical education, training and programmes that people can understand and use.
From a single workshop to a longer-term programme, I bring clinical knowledge, an understanding of different communities and experience of delivering education in real-world settings.
Tailored health education and wellbeing support for employees and teams.
Training and education for healthcare teams and professional audiences.
Accessible, culturally sensitive health education for diverse communities.
WORKPLACE HEALTH & WELLBEING
Health concerns do not disappear when someone arrives at work. Menopause, mental health, ADHD, sleep difficulties and other health changes can affect confidence, wellbeing and everyday working life.
I work with employers to make these conversations easier to have, helping employees, managers and workplace champions understand health concerns and put practical support in place.
I have delivered workplace health and wellbeing education for organisations including the Ministry of Defence and Lloyds, adapting workshops, webinars and training to different audiences and working environments.
HOW I CAN SUPPORT YOUR ORGANISATION
Practical, evidence-informed sessions covering menopause at work, women’s health, ADHD, mental health, sleep, medicines and wider employee health and wellbeing.
Training to help managers and workplace champions recognise health-related challenges, respond with confidence and guide colleagues towards appropriate support.
From a single employee wellbeing workshop to a series of webinars or a longer training programme, developed around your workforce and organisational needs.
Clinical input into menopause and workplace wellbeing policies, employee resources and health initiatives, helping organisations translate awareness into practical support.
COMMUNITY HEALTH & GRASSROOTS PROJECTS
Some of the most important health conversations happen outside traditional healthcare settings, in community halls, faith organisations, local groups and trusted community spaces.
I work with grassroots communities, charities, faith-based organisations and local partners to deliver community health education, women’s health education, menopause education, patient education and health literacy support in ways that feel relevant, culturally sensitive and easier to understand.
This work includes community workshops, volunteer training, culturally relevant health education and collaborative wellbeing projects designed to build confidence and help communities continue the conversation long after a session has ended.
MenoFit, delivered in partnership with Sporting Equals, brings menopause and women’s health conversations into community settings through workshops, movement, volunteer learning and supportive community discussion.
My long-term mission is to make reliable health education easier to access and understand, so that more people can participate confidently in decisions about their health and wellbeing.
03 · PROFESSIONAL HEALTH EDUCATION & TRAINING
The people we support do not always experience health concerns in isolation. Hormonal changes, ADHD, mental health, medicines, nutrition and metabolic health can overlap, influencing how someone feels, functions and responds to treatment or lifestyle changes.
As an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist Prescriber and clinical educator, I develop and deliver evidence-informed training that helps professionals understand these connections and apply relevant knowledge in their everyday work.
I work with NHS and private healthcare organisations, as well as fitness, nutrition and wellbeing professionals who want to deepen their understanding of health and support the people they work with more confidently.
HOW I CAN SUPPORT YOU & YOUR TEAM
Interactive training using clinical scenarios, practical assessment approaches and treatment considerations to strengthen clinical reasoning.
Accessible, evidence-informed education on women’s health, menopause, ADHD, mental health, medicines and wider health concerns.
Professional courses with clear learning outcomes, educational resources and assessments. CPD accreditation can be considered where applicable.
Tailored workshops, webinars and training programmes developed around the needs of your organisation, team or professional group.
DIFFERENT PROFESSIONAL ROLES. A SHARED GOAL: BETTER UNDERSTANDING, BETTER SUPPORT, BETTER OUTCOMES.
04 · PATIENT EDUCATION & HEALTH PROGRAMMES
A consultation may provide answers, but people often need time, clear information and ongoing guidance to understand their health and make informed decisions about their care.
I work with NHS services, ICBs, healthcare providers and community health partners to develop and deliver patient education programmes that make reliable health information accessible, practical and relevant to the people receiving it.
From a single educational workshop to a structured programme, I help organisations bring health education into clinics, patient groups, community settings and online spaces.
HOW I CAN SUPPORT YOUR PATIENTS & COMMUNITIES
Interactive sessions that explain health conditions, symptoms, treatment options, medicines and practical self-care in clear, accessible language.
Educational programmes covering perimenopause, menopause, hormonal health, mental wellbeing, treatment choices and wider health considerations.
A series of workshops, webinars or group sessions designed to complement existing clinical services and support people beyond their individual appointments.
Development of educational materials, courses and learning programmes tailored to your service, patient population and health priorities.
Programmes can be adapted to different languages, cultures, levels of health literacy and community needs, helping organisations reach people who may otherwise find health information difficult to access or understand.
My aim is to help people leave a session with more than information, with a clearer understanding of their health, the confidence to ask questions and practical steps they can use in everyday life.
05 · PARTNERSHIPS & COLLABORATION
Not every health challenge is solved by a one-off workshop. Some require organisations, clinicians and communities to work together to understand what is needed and develop a longer-term response.
I welcome opportunities to collaborate with NHS services, ICBs, employers, charities, community organisations and other partners on projects that improve access to health education and support.
I can contribute clinical expertise, educational content, programme development, volunteer training, community engagement and practical delivery, with the scope shaped around your project and the people it aims to serve.
Whether you are developing a new initiative, extending an existing programme or looking for a clinical partner, I would welcome a conversation about what we could achieve together.
